I an a trucking carrier. I was given a load to handle via this Broker. I've been waiting for weeks for this container to arrive to Port of Baltimore. The container will arrive finally next week. They gave me a Rate Confirmation Sheet but never gave me the Work / Delivery Order. I simply asked them, again, for the Work Order. They told me that they only have the Rate Sheet and the Booking Order Sheet from the Shipping Line. When I told them that they can simply remove the rate of the rate sheet and change the title to Work Order, and send that to me, they REMOVED ME OFF the load and had the nerves to say that I am also removed from the Drayage directory due to "Deceptive Practices". Then they refused to reply to my emails, calls, or text messages. If anything, they are the ones that appear to be Deceptive. They cannot provide a Work Order? They even appear to not even know what a Work / Delivery is. This is VERY concerning. Clearly, they are not 100% legitimate. EVERY client provides a work order and a rate sheet. That's the only way I can can get paid via our factoring company. Also, by law, truckers are required to carry paperwork.Business response

Unfortunately, this was a case of miscommunication and misinterpretation of the request by the carrier. Our Carrier Relations Team reached out to ******* immediately and have resolved the problem. Our team was under the impression that ******* was asking them to manipulate our documentation which is completely against our company policy and safety practices. However, we were mistaken and were able to come to an agreement over the phone. We intend on working with him in the future and appreciate the chance to correct our miscommunication.Customer response
