I purchased a used Ford on 1/20/204 from **** ***** because it was a Ford dealership and was told the vehicle went through a 100+ point inspection. Unfortunately on the first warm day, less than 45 days from purchase, I went to use the AC and it did not work. I contacted the dealership and they scheduled me to drop off my vehicle to take a look. Basically they told me it would be $250 to diagnose the issue and that yes the AC did not work. They told me to talk to my salesman, **** *****, and see if there was anything he would do. **** told me "It must have worked when we sold it to you, mechanical things break". Although I agree, I highly doubt the AC worked when they sold me the car. I am very frustrated and would recommend you have any used car purchased from this dealership be inspected by a third party. I regret trusting **** and Dick Masheter Ford.

Terrible business. I have not seen my vehicle for 2 1/2 months. They wrecked my vehicle rendering it undrivable and took 10 days to tell me this. That was on September 10 and they record on September 1. Had to deal with attorneys and insurance, and I was out of town when they wrecked my vehicle. They have not provided any substitute vehicle and it is a work van that has impacted my ability to work. They won’t even return my calls or texts now. Not once have, they texted me, because I said text only, to tell me an update. I asked for their attorney name and number they have not provided it. I’ve asked several times. I also asked for the shop, managers boss, and his bosses boss to call me or text me their numbers and I’ve received nothing. I gave them all zeros.

I wish I did not have to give this company one star but NO stars. I have brought my car in for service over seven times for the same issue and I am not over exaggerating. The worst dealership service I have ever experienced. Please do not buy or get your car serviced there.

(THIS RATING IS ACTUALLY A ZERO NOT A ONE)Took my car in for another oil change and this time THEY DAMAGED MY HOOD. I showed the damage to staff and EVERYONE insists "it could not have happened here". It absolutely did! My hood closed flushed prior to this oil change and now it doesn't. Spoke to service **** ***** who meets me at the body shop for them to take a look at it and what do you think was said there, "Ohhh that couldn't not have happened here". Pictures were taken and I was to receive an estimate on what it would cost to make it look as it did before (which I had no intention on paying since I didn't create the damage) and no one called back. Called the following morning, 4/26/2022 and spoke to **** who states he spoke to everyone and they said they didn't do the damage. Expected response. The lack of accountability for what was an apparent accident in the shop would be laughable but it isn't. The technician who worked on my car, **************************************, some how damaged my car while securing my hood open to do the oil change (my hood struts don't work in the vehicle - never had). The visible indention on my hood is from the inside out and you can see that something protruded the hood and bent it to a point where it is now not laying flush AS IT DID BEFORE I ARRIVED THERE.This incident is very eye-opening to say the least and the lack of business integrity and ethics should be taken into account if you choose to take you auto to this location. I have reported the incident with **** HQ to make sure they are aware of the ethics being practiced by this private dealership carrying the **** name. It will also be reported to the BBB and there will be another contact that I will make to make this more public. When an establishment is unwilling to fix their mistakes and make things right, you must make others.
