As of 7/30/23, I purchased (1) ticket for an improv class for a total of $232.45. This was the only way to purchase via The Attic's website. There was no other button for purchase (via Google Docs or Venmo on their site. It was to be held for the month of August then rescheduled to September per the improv instructor via text. I recently received word from the instructor that it has been cancelled and contact to the owner of The Attic (** *******) has not been met let alone any feedback for a full refund. There are (3) different business emails sent to *** ******* (one expired via The Attic) and the business number's voice mail full and won't take anymore messages. No feedback from their social media messages as well.Customer response

I recently sent a fraud about The Attic in Columbus, OH and forgot to mention there was no other link to send money for the improv class. Just a long Google web site information (no button to click). I can send that print-out as a PDF if needed. Only button to purchase was through The Attic.
