I paid 873 dollars to park at *********** as an education student. I got there fought with the machine and then called I got a nasty man on the phone who after reading my pass told me I didnt have the right permit to park in the garage WTF then forced me to do a dangerous maneuver and go to Gateway in which he hung up on me while I was still talking. I drove to this new place it still wouldnt take my parking permit I had to take a ticket to get in so I could go to my class a mile away (BTW Im a disabled woman with a bad leg really loved that) I had to Lyft the rest of the way because my leg wouldnt make it there after I tried to walk and when I finally got back to my car it wouldnt take my ticket and when I pressed for help whoever was on the line kept hanging up till I called using my phone and the guy finally let me out after I read my parking pass number to him. These people are the shining example on why private companies shouldnt be allowed anywhere near a school or public spaces rude as h*** and nasty to interact withReview from John D

Terrible, horrendous business created by shady dealings with the universities board of directors and QIC. Now survives as a price gouging leech on OSU's students and faculty.Review from Michael R

I was issued a citation for parking over a line while no parking spots were available allowing for safe parking. Two vehicles between this spot were over the lines forcing me to follow suite. I appealed my ticket with campusparc on June 21st 2023 and heard nothing until today October 28th 2023. Not only did they fail to respond to my appeal, but they’ve issued a late fee. This system is absolutely broken. No OSU employee should have to deal with such poor management.Review from Emily R

I would give 0/5 if I could. Inconsiderate of the riders. You don't wait for more than 30sec to min when you stop. You leave people. At 5am you leave early all the time. Worst bus company and they are robbing first responders. Costs over $100 a month for parking. Over $1000 a year to work at my job? Crooks and horrible at their jobs. No complaint or phone line you can call to talk about problems. No accountability just a money grab by the ****** family.CampusParc Response

Hello. I’m sorry to hear about your issues with bussing; however, CampusParc does not deal with the bussing services. Bussing Services at The Ohio State University isn’t part of our business. Bussing Services is managed by OSU TTM. I would suggest contacting OSU TTM with any CABS complaints. Thank you.CampusParc Response

I have to spend $104 a month to park which is higher than anywhere else I have seen. And they can do this because they have a 50 year contract with Ohio state. They have a monopoly on parking for the whole campus so student and employees get screwed. I wish something could be done and I don’t know if anything can but this is rediculous.CampusParc Response

Campus parc is garbage. The manage OSU's parking and are horrendous. They charge double for travel nurses to park at the hospital. What a way to thank nurses for leaving their home and helping other nurse. The other day, despite there being no spots in safe auto, they kept letting people in. Simply because they charge for 3ven 5 minutes of parking. Even at the Cleveland Clinic the 1st hour is free.CampusParc Response

Hello, I’m sorry your experience with CampusParc has been below your expectations. CampusParc does offer many different alternative parking pass options for nurses that vary in cost. Please visit the CampusParc website to view your options or call us directly at ************ to help you walk through your choices. Our team manages the number of spaces available within a garage. A garage will not be closed unless all parking spaces are filled within that garage. Unfortunately, hourly parking and permit costs have been determined in partnership with Ohio State University as our concession agreement states. The fees—for permits and hourly rates—and annual escalation were determined by the university and CampusParc at the time of the agreement. The annual increase is determined by the Gross National Product (GNP). Please send any questions or concerns you may have to **********************. Thank you.Review from John E

Purchased a garage access permit and was not given a QR code or any way to access the garage for over 5 days, at which point I called and they said "it is permit season" so they are "very busy" and then told me "there are only 3 employees." Online says a code will be generated within 2 business days - it was not. A QR code should be automatically generated when a permit is purchased especially when we are paying over $100 a month. They will not prorate the parking for the 5+ days I was not able to park in the garage. They are a horrible company who hopefully will not have their contract renewed in 40 years since OSU foolishly gave them a 50 year monopoly to extort money from all of their employees and students. They have abused their power and hopefully OSU leadership has noticed that this company has tarnished their name.CampusParc Response

Hello J***, I’m sorry to hear about your issues with our service at CampusParc. When our system has a lot of activity, sometimes it may take longer for it to generate a QR code on your account to access the garage. We do offer physical keycards to access the garage on your account, you may request us to send you a physical keycard by mail or you may stop into our Customer Care lobby, Monday – Friday from 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m., to pick one up. If you have any additional questions or concerns, you may contact us via email at ********************** or by phone at ************* Thank you.Review from Spencer H

Would leave 0 stars if I could. This is probably the worst company I have ever dealt with and completely ruined my time as an undergrad and graduate student at **** State. I would hesitate to recommend that anyone go to school *************** based off campus parc alone. Appeals are denied regardless of pictures and evidence disputing what you were ticketed for. I paid a substantial amount of money for a parking pass and was ticketed multiple times for parking in lots covered under my pass. They have nonsensical parking policies that contrast with **** law and their employees show no empathy and are utterly ruthless with their ticketing. An inch of your rear tire is a left of where the (poorly maintained) gravel lot ends? *****, heres a $50 ticket for it. AVOID at all costs.
