  A gentleman by the name of **** ***** came to our Columbus location this morning and noticed a hole up in the front of our complex and stated he had left over asphalt and would we be willing to have that filled. Typically they do it for 9.99 sq ft and since it was left over willing to cut cost of 5.50 sq ft. we looked at it and he stated it would be about 300-400 sq ft which would come to about $2000 and Mr ***** said it may come out to less. Once he started working on it he stated he was at the 400 sq ft , but just had a little bit more to do which in my director of maintence thought it would be 100 sq ft or less it was never clarified by Mr. ***** only that it was a little more. Once he was finished he came to us with a bill for 1520 sq ft!!! this was never approved and something that was suppose to be $2000, turned into an $8350 bill. We were lied to and this is not how business should be conducted. Because of the huge difference in amounts we were unable to cover the cost fully and still have a balance of $1360 because we only had our company credit cards on location this is why price was important. I believe we should not have to pay the remaining balance and probably should be reimbursed another $5000. I am We would have never again use this company. because of the deception and lies that we were told.
