December 1st 2023 I went to this pawn shop to look at an American tactical AR pistol brand new as advertised on their arms list business page. i bought the rifle home to later find out this rifle has been shot and worked on. it has a different barrel pitch size, its not standard 1/2''x28. After contemplating if even being safe to take to range I take it to the range and nothing. failure to feed. this gun won't fire. investigation is needed, atf should consider since the pistol brace was still on the pistol being sold as well as the mag 30 round. i asked the owner about the 30 round mag since Columbus ban, he got hostile and then removed the mag from the box as seen. I just wanted to make a legal purchase without in fear of being arrested by atf or Columbus police. a refund is my first option I don't buy used guns. however if they can repair it id be greatly satisfied.Business response

Thank you for brining this to our attention. We don't know what has happened to the gun over the last two months. Unfortunately, he did not contact us within our return policy is seven days. However, if he would like to return to the store, we would be willing to talk to him about this issue.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because: in the business response they state I didn’t return within two weeks ?? Seriously ? They had all sales are final with the purchase of firearms signs posted ! I’m not going to go back and fourth with a low standard business like this one. I got nothing from that response other than they aren’t willing to be held accountable for misinformation on this firearm. I could have been seriously injured using the wrong ammunition inside this pistol !! This can’t be overlooked!
