03/11/2024 I PURCHASED A COBRA 380 DERRINGER AND BULLETS. THE EMPLOYEE (****) PROCEEDED TO CHECK ME OUT AND SENT ME OVER TO OPPOSITE COUNTER TO PERFORM A RECORDS CHECK FOR THE PISTOL. IT WAS PENDED SO I LEFT THE STORE WITH RECEIPT IN HAND. THE NEXT DAY IT WAS DENIED. I HAVE BEEN UP TO THE SHOP TO GET MY MONEY BACK TWICE SINCE THEN AND **** KEEPS SENDING ME AWAY WITHOUT MY MONEY. I HAD PAID THROUGH MY CASHAPP CARD. HE WON'T RETURN MY MONEY OR SWIPE THE NEW CARD I HAD GOTTEN AFTER THE ORIGINAL ONE HAD BEEN STOLEN. I JUST WANT MY $208 BACK SINCE I NEVER RECEIVED THE PISTOLBusiness response

We have been in business for 24 years and have always held a A+ rating. We have no problem refunding the customers credit card purchase and we have tried multiple time. However, after being denied to take possession of the firearm by the **** the customer did not come back for 6 months to get the refund.
At that point, she came in for a refund and did not have the credit card or even the receipt for me to return her payment to.
She came back a couple months later with another credit card to refund it to.
Obviously, the refund can not be made to another type of card. I advised her to call the credit card issuer and they would take the charge off of her account, as we have no problem with a chargeback and would not dispute it for any reason.
So, a quick call to her credit card company will resolve this matter in just a few moments. Please call the credit card issuer from the phone number on the back of your credit card or your invoice and have it removed. If credit card issurer has any questions they can feel free to call me directly as well.

I am rejecting this response because: I reached out to Cashapp and they told me to dispute it with the business for a refund. They are unable to prove I did not receive the merchandise. I went to Mikes **** Shop twice and he has sent me back home without my money. I am disabled and really don't appreciate the runaround from this business owner. I just want my $208.07 back. I need my money. He has since sold said pistol. So the man sold the gun twice. That is illegal. He ran my check after I gave him the money for the pistol. That was illegal also. I just want my money back please

The refund cant be made 8 months later without the actual card to refund it to. Thats why it has to be a chargeback. I need the physical card that you used for the purchase to apply the refund to.
