To Whom It May Concern: I received a text on the 22nd of March about a Termite Annual Renewal service plan for $179.00 with tax was $192.43. I was told of a pending balance from Nov. 3rd, 2021 in the amount of $90.30. I told himI knew of no balance. He said ok we can check on that, do you want to go ahead with the renewal. I said yes and gave him the account number. I was given the date of April 1st between 12:30PM and 1:30PM. No one ever showed up on the first or second of April, so I called 614 *** **** no response I called 614 *** ****, ***** ******* Agent 2 times, no answer. Called 614 *** **** no response.

Enclosed is a copy from the Huntington National Bank with letter stating the service was paid in full on November 3rd in the amount of $90.30. No one would return my calls so I could explain the information and send a copy at time of original call. I have never had an experience like this before and very disappointed with Torco being very unprofessional.Business response
