I talk to John 12/30/22 I told him the kitchen sink is not draining out can you fix it and he said yes and sent out a rude foreigner name Abi he sign the receipt I gave him a check for nothing complete he told me to get another Plumber to fix it and took my senior money they are scammer EXPOSE them they are not Plumber came in here with old out dated equipment and my Daughter is a witness I want my money back we could not use our kitchen sink he came late I could not call anyone else MS.JURLINE LOTT NOT SATISFIED CUSTOMER OF A SENIORBusiness response

We are sorry for any inconvenience to the customer. We will return the check for the minimum charged for this service call. we were contacted on Friday afternoon (on a holiday weekend) while working on a job in another city. We made a great effort to get a technician there before the end of the day. The tech I sent is Hispanic and has been with us for over two years. His equipment was a General Wire super vee hand held cable machine. Do to the age of the house plumbing and instructions from the office the tech terminated the work. We were worried about breaking a pipe that late in the day on this long weekend. There has never been a customer complaint with this tech. this tech is also my son-in-law and father to my grandchildren. Again sorry for the misunderstanding. Rodger S******* .Customer response

1/17/2023 BBB received vm from consumer stating she received check from business but she is not happy with business response.
