      I just discovered that EyeHomes, Inc. placed a lien on my property 14 months ago after we were not able to agree on terms for them to purchase my home for cash. I spent the last 14 months making repairs myself and listed the home and I now have a purchase agreement in place with a private buyer. The sale is held up with the title company because it was discovered that EyeHomes has a lien on the property. I do not owe EyeHomes money and they did nothing for me.

On September 1st, we provided the requested Release Document, which you can find attached to this email. In our communication with Paige Mizener, we made sure to request that the document be recorded, and we received their confirmation and agreement to do so.
