We contacted ********* in regards to a property he was selling. We were more than satisfied with his professionalism and prompt response. It was a pleasure to work with this company and we got a beautiful piece of land out of it. I would definitely purchase threw him again and recommend him to anyone looking for a piece of property. I received a letter from *************************************, too. I don't know who gathers his "prospects", but he really missed the **** on my property! His cover letter indicated that it is "undeveloped" land in East *****. It's not! It's homesteaded! I called the telephone number on the letter and my carrier, ******** intercepted and referred me to *611 which deals with international roaming calls. Needless to say, I didn't follow up any further since I feel like this is A SCAM, PURE AND SIMPLE!!!!!!JM Land Solutions LLC Response

Hi *******,Sorry you got a letter from us on your homestead. When we pull property ownership information, we filter for property that the county has assessed improvements at 0%. For some reason, yours must have slipped in. We are buyers of vacant undeveloped land. It wouldn't make sense for us to send such letters to owners with improvements on their land so clearly their was a mistake made at some point.Also, I am based in **** and I have an **** phone number. If you search the area code you will see its a ********* area code. I am not sure why you would have received an international roaming message. Are you sure you called the right number?Anyway, sorry to have bothered you with the letter. Not sure how your property slipped in as undeveloped. Rest assured we are not a scam.
