Paid to have fireplace refaced with rock. This was done using incorrect materials and grout that was used does not match both voids in the grout. Incorrect materials were used and now the entire fireplace rock needs to be removed and reapplied with mortar. Also, the kitchen backsplash was grouted with sanded grout which is not crumbling and was never sealed. Unsanded grout should have been use for this application. It now needs to be reapplied with the correct grout. A front and interior door were installed incorrectly causing major damage to the door and frame. The front door is permanently damaged and does not close properly due to the install being done incorrectly. When these issues were brought to the owners attention, he said he would be out the next day to discuss and never showed up. He has never contacted me to make this right. I want the money I paid for the services refunded so I can hire professionals to do the work correctly.
