I am recently divorced, and per my ex-wife's attorney I was made to use this company to get my settlement money. Well, I filled out all the paperwork with my friend who is a paralegal, I paid the $300 fee and I was told I wouldn't get my settlement money. After talking to my attorney, suddenly the person handling my case says I WILL get my settlement money, but I have to pay him $500 more dollars to get it. The entire situation is fraudulent.

My company drafts retirement division orders, the orders that are necessary to apportion one person's retirement account to another due to a divorce.
The fee for three (3) orders is $925.
Mr. ****** paid for one order, the fee for which is $375.
Therefore, the remaining balance due is $550.
There is significant confusion on what is needed but it appears three orders are needed.
He can pay the remaining fee (my fees are required up front) or I can refund what he has paid. It does not make a difference to me.
