Wow....what a great company...Tri State Exteriors is top notch....****** ******* and his team did an excellent job replacing my roof that was damaged from hail! ****** did a super job working with my insurance company to get my claim approved! ****** was very detailed in his inspection and found damage that many contractors would have missed on windows and siding, which helped maximized my insurance reimbursement! The installation team was excellent as well...great care was taken to protect landscape plants, air conditioner and many other things from damage! Installation was very efficient...the job was completed in less than 1 day...very hard workers! Clean-up was super...you couldn't even tell that they were there! The quality of work was excellent with no faults! I highly recommend this company for their professionalism, high quality work, efficiency, super clean-up, friendliness and overall just a great company!!! Hats of to ****** and his team for a job well done!

Travis is the man, He went above and beyond to resolve my issue.

This company did a superior job of replacing the cap to my chimney. First they made precise measurements of the chimney which involved having to scale a considerable height. Then the cap was custom made and promptly installed by three men who went about this dangerous work with caution and expertise. I was impressed that on the next day the worker who did the original measurements returned to inspect the job, do some final caulking and take pictures of the new cap that were shared with me. The price was very good compared to other estimates. The man who supervised and coordinated the entire job was Travis Haessly. He was great to work with.

I've recently had the pleasure of meeting and working with Travis H from Tri State Exteriors & if ten stars were available I would respond with a 10 STARS rating, in a heartbeat! While I hesitantly allowed Travis and his team to investigate my roof after a sizable hail storm late summer '23, I quickly realized what a Blessing it was that he knocked on my door. From the start, he not only explained everything in great detail, but he truly helped me learn along the way. It became crystal clear that he is a consummate professional and an educated expert in all things relating to exterior renovation, from the roof, gutters, siding and more, going well beyond just hardware but to navigate the process of dealing with insurance companies and appraisers as well. Travis made everything seamless, crazy efficient and thoroughly pain free. He quickly and consistently addressed any worries that I may have otherwise experienced throughout this process, proactively. At no point in time was I concerned or questioning anything, as he was so prompt and attentive to educate me as a homeowner. No doubt about it, I have gained immense benefit in upgrading the equity of my home by choosing to work with with Travis and Tri State Exteriors. Even the owner Nick checked in on my level of satisfaction and what is a relatively small sq footage project, this truly made me feel valued. I cannot say enough about my stellar experience with Travis, Nick and the team at Tri State Exteriors. If you do not work with them, you're sincerely doing yourself a disservice.

I have had the pleasure of working with Travis H****** the field supervisor from Tri State Exteriors. Tri State services Roofs, Siding and Gutters in the Columbus Ohio area. Travis stopped by my house one day, unrequested, introduced himself and told me many roofs in the area have been damaged by hail and wind and that with my approval he would be glad to inspect my roof for any damages. Highly skeptical, I approved this inspection. Travis returned and showed me many pictures of the hail and wind damage on my roof. I had no idea! Travis then walked me through the detailed steps I needed to take to file a claim with my homeowners insurance company. Travis even came to meet with the insurance adjuster to inspect the roof right alongside the adjuster. It didn't go well as the adjuster denied the claim. From here, Travis showed his true skills. I gave Travis the approval to work with my insurance company directly to get this claim approved. He did exactly that. After many calls and many picture to the insurance company, and explanations from Travis they approve replacing my roof. Travis is more than your ordinary salesperson. You see Travis worked as a highly skilled roofer himself. He knows roofs inside and out. I found Travis to be extremely knowledgeable, honest, great communicator, trustworthy and looking out for my best interest. Travis does what he said he will do. An important character trait to me.

Tri-State worked with my Insurance Company and I was able to get a new roof. Working with Travis H******* and Tri State Exteriors exceeded my expectations. I was denied a new roof last year after another roofing company told me I 100% had damage. They became sort of aggressive and were pushing me to fight back against my insurance company. I had a funny feeling so called another place and Travis came out. He let me know my Insurance company wouldn't cover it and what they said was an issue really wasn't. He told me to call in the future if I feel some storms might have caused issues. Due to that I saved his number and called him this year after some bad storms. Travis was prompt and saw we had damage from wind and hail. I felt confident calling and putting in a claim. Travis has been a great communicator through the whole process and everything he promised, he came through on. He even called my HOA when I said I wasn't sure if I could change to a black roof. The crew was great and they showed up at 6:05am and they had everything completely cleaned and were gone by 12pm. Our roof looks great and I know I got a quality job from a quality company. We have had multiple people stop to compliment our roof and they couldn't believe how fast it got done. I heard some horror stories from others about their roofing experiences. My father, who is a retired contractor, happened to be here and he couldn't stop talking about how efficient and professional the crew was at their job. He was impressed at the quality of work as he kept tabs on every part of the process. lol! I can confidently say that my experience with Travis and Tri State far exceed my expectations and I already referred him to multiple neighbors and friends. Travis is very personable and you can tell he genuinely cares about his business and giving each client the very best service available. I am in Sales so I can appreciate a salesperson that makes sure their customers are 100% satisfied every step of the way.

We recently worked with Travis, TriState Exteriors LLC, to replace our roof, gutters and leaf guards which were hail damaged. Travis promptly provided a detailed estimate which paved the way for a quick response from our insurer. The replacement work was promptly scheduled and completed by professional crews who cared for the grounds adjacent to the project, as well as the direct project. Travis program managed the job insuring all tasks were completed to our satisfaction. I would recommend TriState to others needing roofing work.

We have the best roof in the entire neighborhood! Here are some highlights: 1: Prescott was our Project Manager. I have never been so happy with the level of professionalism and communication from someone in a PM position. He was attentive and only wished to make sure our experience was exceptional. 2: The job only took 1 day! 3: The crew was a breath of fresh air (and women on the crew, bonus in my book)! They laughed and sang while they worked and kept me in a good mood too! 4: I found ONE nail. ONE NAIL, are you kidding? I watched them do 3 passes around the house when cleaning - let me tell you, I don't think there is any other crew on the planet that can find all but one nail. The clean up after was beyond exceptional. Overall, I can't tell you how pleased we are. If you need a new roof, please do yourself a favor and call Prescott, you won't regret it!

The crew was on time, professional and did a great job. Communication with the project manager Prescot was great as well. From start to finish we are pleased. When the job was completed you couldn’t tell the crew had been here. We found a few straggler nails after but that is expected. Definitely would recommend to anyone looking for a roofing contractor.

I had Tri State Exteriors put on a replacement roof. They did everything that they promised and the crew was very efficient and professional. I worked with Taylor ******** (salesperson) and he was very knowledgeable and they did everything he stated they would. There were no hidden cost that came up when the job was completed. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a replacement roof.
