Purchased a destination travel trailer on 6/13/24 fridge is not working lost all food. Also did call and reset multiple times as requested per dealership. Take a shower and water is pouring out underneath the camper. Brand new unit went thru their inspection and was not completed.Business response

Greenlawn RV received notice from the customer that a few days after the unit was delivered to customer's campsite, the refrigerator stopped working. We do not offer mobile service but worked with the customer, the manufacturer and a mobile service technician to get customer's refrigerator repaired or replaced. We arranged for a new refrigerator to be delivered to customer's mobile service technician and the service technician installed the refrigerator, fixed a leak under the shower and resealed a few windows. I have attached a copy of the paid invoice for the mobile service tech to replace refrigerator and all other repairs needed. The invoice was paid by ******** directly to the mobile service tech to include all repairs and his trip charges. I've spoken to customer several times and she seems to be satisfied with repairs made.Business response
