Dear Better Business Bureau,
I am writing to file a complaint against Red Rose Marketing and its owner, ***** ****, for breach of contract and fraudulent business practices. Despite a signed contract, Red Rose Marketing failed to provide the agreed-upon services and refund the initial investment of $1000 to ****** ******** ************* LLC.
The contract stipulated a 12-month term with the option to terminate if a minimum of 5 booked calls with shipping prospects was not achieved within the 90-day trial period. However, Red Rose Marketing failed to provide qualified calls and misrepresented the revenue share. Moreover, they failed to net double the initial investment within the term, entitling ****** ******** ************* LLC to a 100% refund on services provided.
