Terrible customer service! They make it almost impossible to unsubscribe. No matter how many times I notify them of cancellation, they continue to autorenew the account. I am considering taking action with the *** if their harassment continues.Review from Katie O

I don't normally write reviews, but this service has helped me change my life so much I couldn't help but recommend it. Anyone out there reading this- it IS worth the money. BEWARE OF ANNUAL CONTRACT!!!Seamless is so frustrating and shady. During the initial sales call, a very convincing pitch was made in which it was not clear that I was being locked into an annual contract vs a subscription that can be cancelled (like every other B2B software Ive purchased). When I tried to cancel, I was denied and then informed about the annual contract. Luckily I realized this contract would automatically renew so I was able to cancel it and thus only waste money for one year and not multiple.This contract will end up costing me nearly $1,200 that could have been really useful to my family this year. And I have not gotten any ROI at all from that $1,200.Review from Heather R
