On 11 April 2023, I sent an e-mail to IPS' accounting department requesting effective 20 April 2023 that my service be closed. I also requested a refund as I'd paid my invoice in full for the year. On 20 April 2023, I called IPS because my service not be closed out. Also, during my with ****** I inquired about the refund I'd requested in my 11 April 2023 correspondence. Her was reply was the Owner ******* **** stated I was still in contract with IPS....which I replied please provide with that documentation that reflects that. Subsequently, I've also been told I have to submit the cancelation request 30 days out. Which I also asked for further evidence to show. I've been told multiple times that Owner, ******* *** was going to contact me. To date he has not.Business response

Mr. **** called and left a voice mail message stating that they have agreed to let Ms. ***** out of her contract, and it will take about 30 days for her to receive a check.Customer response
