I have SDG security services for years and never really had an issue. I have accidentally set my alarm off in the past and they called immediately. Well that apparently is it not the case now. Last month I set off my alarm and put the code in quickly so when they didn’t call I did not think much about it. Today my husband was outside and set the alarm off and it was going off for over 35 minutes.! We received no phone calls. When I called them they are staying they are showing it was canceled. We did not cancel it. We input our code 40 minutes later. So basically no one at the call center is bothering to call anymore. They are just closing tickets. I have had the company long enough to know the process. Don’t really care for your agents making up excuses. Over 35 minutes my house could have been cleared out. No one bothered to call a not sure what I am paying you for!!!!
