We have a irrigation system we had installed 20 yrs ago. Rain One has maintained it. We received an estimate early June. Leak in the kitchen under the sink. Cost $53.00 included in the total. They came & fixed. We had a drainage problem so we had to have french drains that had to be installed on the outside due to a leakage problem. Total $15,360.00. That was when the problems began with their installation. They had to get a digger to dig ditches to put pipes in. He was having a problem with it & it damaged the heads of the irrigation system. Rain One had to come out & replace those heads. & something that controlled the system. It was costly we paid out of our pockets $6340.00. to replace drainage system. I called Drain Master several times I talked to the woman who answers & asked for Mr. Evans to call me or email me & he never did either. I want him to reimburse me the $6,340.00 that Rain One did to correct the plumber's mistake.Business response

Upon looking through the records, I do not see that ***** disclosed any information to my staff, about a sprinkler system. If we had the knowledge of the system, we would have taken any and all effort that we could, to avoid any damages to the sprinkler system. We did Call OUPS and had the underground utilities marked, to avoid any damages. A Irrigation system is not marked, due to it being a private utility system.
***** was aware that my team had to excavate the yard, she approved the estimate and did not disclose any information to us about the irrigation system, prior to or after the estimate was approved and the work was scheduled. While I know that DrainMaster did the work, I do not feel that DrainMaster is responsible for the damages, due to the lack of communication, because this could have been avoided or worked around prior to the dig up being started.
Due to the Pipe exposure, when creating the estimate my Technician stated “Pipe will be beded and filled with gravel and soil put back over the top 2 are drains installed at grade drainmaster not responsible for change in grade or mulch work. Trench will settle with time”. This was approved by ***** on 02/27/2023 at 12:42pm. ***** was aware that there would be a change of grade, prior to approving the estimate. Please see the below:

We hired and paid DrainMaster, Inc. to send a camera down our sanitary sewer line from the house to the city's line in our alley. This was done while we watched the video and what we looked at was explained to us. We were told the office would send us a copy of the video. We have not received the video to this date of 2/21/2023. We paid $300 for this service the same day and received an email receipt the same day for our payment, February 3, 2023. Our address is 1*** ******** ******* ********* *** *****. We want what we were promised the video.Initial Complaint

They were coming to fix my bath faucet/drain, it was dripping. He was supposed to fix it, but it kept leaking. I called them back three times to get them to fix it properly, they didn't return my calls at all. Then they said I would have to pay 400 more dollars to fix the problem they were supposed to repair their first visit here!
