I have had a membership and I have been going to Boss ********** location for the past two years now every month for facials as well as brow tint and wax. I have seen the same aesthetician every time from the beginning who knows my skin type. This last visit on Sunday 9/29, I had a brow wax and tint as well as a hydrafacial. My aesthetician informed me that my skin was very dry. She did not ask if I wanted to proceed with the wax. She then proceeded to test a wax strip under my eyebrow. It ripped the skin off and I now have a scar. She tweezed the remainder of my hairs and I was charged full price for brow wax and tint at the end of the appointment.Business response

Client was contacted, apologized to and refunded for the service. While this is possible with brow waxing, it is not a common occurrence at Boss Gal.Business response
