      I went to my local mall and dunams had a sale on top of a sale. The items i chose were an additional 20% off on top of the sale price. Unfortunately for me that the additional 20% wasn't honored. We spent about ***************************************** site. I had to go find one while waiting about 5 mins already. I inquired about the additional 20% because it wasn't ringing up. The worker lied and said they were pulling it down as in right when we were shopping. That wasn't true because as stated we had not seen one working while shopping or upon entering the store. When i found them they were rearranging merchandise on a shelf. If a sale ends it usually ends at the end of the day at close and sale signs are pulled. Not once have i ever experienced signs being pulled while people are shopping. He claimed the sale ended that day well that wasn't over yet. The manager wasn't to helpful either as well as the district manager whom i left a vm with but received no response. The manager pretended to "look" over the prices on the screen an then left without saying a word. Don't have sales when you know you're just not going to honor the prices. For some reason they thought i was going to pay almost $200 on some sale priced items. The service is not how it use to be that's for sure, hopefully they'll be shut down. What they had displayed is called false advertising and i think the ag should know about this

      We investigated this matter and have no knowledge of the events the customer describes.  Furthermore, we would not advertise a sale and then refuse to honor the sale price at the register.  We have checks and balances in place to ensure that would not occur. Therefore, we do not believe the complaint is an accurate description of what may have occurred.

      A typical response from duhams cs. The fruit don't fall far from the tree, no wonder the employees act the way they do. You're blowing gas, no way you're able to "investigate" the matter if you didn't look at video footage with the audio. I have no reason to lie, your reviews on ****** are sayi2the same thing i had to deal with. You're basically calling me a liar which is beyond me. Y'all have a history of not honoring sale prices. This is my first time experiencing this, there weren't many avenues to make a complaint then. Get out of our mall so a company that values customers can have that space. I'll never step foot in any  of your stores. I'll be sure to spread the word on how y'all treat people, the ones who make sure you have a job. Bbb you can close this out, the yahoos don't care. Bye

      I visited the dunhams sports location in heath ohio on Aug 10 2022 I bought a new target a hurricane 425 bag and new arrows total was 69.67 I shot the target twice and both times it failed to stop my arrow and ruined fletchings bag is rated at 425fps bow shoots 405 .so I called and asked to speak to a Manger and was put on with ***** I asked her if I could return products she told me no and that was on manufacture. SoI asked if she had any information on contacting manufacture and her reply was to just put plywood behind the target to stop the arrows and to check the products I bought more thorough next time like it was my fault and I bought wrong products
