I purchased a t-shirt from the seller online. Seller confirmed order by email on 12/28/23. Said it would take 2-5 business days to process and up to 7 business days to be delivered. I contacted them on 1/15/24 by email to say I had not received the item nor a tracking number. I received an auto reply from the seller saying they would reply within 2 business days. I did not receive any reply from the seller. I contacted them again by email on Jan. 22, 2024 and said if I had not heard from them by 1/31/24 that I would be disputing it. I received an email that the seller's email was no longer valid. To date, I have not received the item I paid for nor any communication from the seller. It seems they have now shut down their email.Business response
