On November 19th I dropped off some silk bags that *** was going to add a logo to. He has done this job for me in the past. He sent me an invoice for the work on November 19th. I paid the invoice. On November 20th, I asked *** when he would have the order complete and he told me that he has to order more Rose Gold and Metallic Black and that would take 3-5 days. On November 27th I reached out to ask *** the status of my order. He told me that my order would be done that day. Later that same day, he stated that he is having a delay with his printer colors and asked if I could give him a few more days. On November 29th I asked for another status update. He stated that he had to order the small fonts in my logo from a 3rd party and that his printer was having issues. Then he said they would be ready the following day. On Nov 30th i told him I could stop by to pick up my items, He stated that he just got off work, and he was going to pick them up and finish the job. He also said he could drop them off after. On December 1st he dropped off my order. I checked the order and immediately realized that it was not done properly. I asked him to call me immediately because he didnt mention that the order was not done right. He offered to replace my items and try to redo them. After all of that he could not deliver the project correctly On Dec 8th I told him I wanted my money refunded. I also told him to zelle me my refund and he said OK. He stated that he sent my refund via Paypal but when I looked at the invoice it shows someone else's name and email not mine. On Dec 13 I told him that I still haven't received my refund. He has gone out of his way to not refund my money. I made my last contact with him on Dec 18th and still no refund.
