I have ordered from Jay on numerous occasions. It was outstanding, until recently. The project took almost a month to complete, I felt like I was getting the runaround. I felt like he was not being honest and straightforward with me. He had told me a day after the order was placed that he was working on it. I wanted changes the next day. he told me that I could not make changes because he had already started printing. When I inquired approximately a week later he then said he had just started working on the project. The following week I asked about shipping. He said it will go out in 5 to 7 days. 10 days later, I begin getting more excuses. He said he had to check tracking . When I asked him about tracking, he did not respond. Finally, I requested a refund. He told me he could not refund my money. Unbeknownst to me he had sent the order to a third-party company but lied saying he was waiting for the “blank” throw and hoodie to be sent to him so that he could complete the work. I was not happy with the hoodie, and because it was shipped directly to me from the third-party Jay never inspected it. There were missing letters at the beginning of the sentences; they were sewn into the seams. I am not happy with Eye apparel. Jay needs to find better quality third-party vendors. I will not continue doing business with Jay, not because of the quality of the work from the third-party vendor, but because I felt he was being deceitful throughout the transaction. I contacted PayPal for a refund. That day Jay made himself available via text to tell me that it was being shipped that same day. I think he had no idea when that third-party would be shipping. My advice to anyone ordering from Jay is to ask him if he would be doing the work himself or if he will be sending it out. If the work will be sent out, save yourself a lot of money and use a third-party vendor yourself. I would have been more understanding had he just said that he did not have the equipment for project.
