I ordered on August 13th, 2022. I waited a few weeks after noticing my order was making no progress. The only way they allow you to contact them is by email on their website. I sent one mid September. I got a response a week later saying they were out of one of the shirts I ordered and asked me to pick one in place of it. I responded a few days later and told them my pick and there was no more correspondence from them. I since September I have emailed 4 more times to their email on the website with no response. I emailed them on Instagram and have commented on a post of theirs with no response. I emailed them on Facebook, got a response that they assumed why I havent gotten it is because of supply shortages to which I replied and said if you are unable to fulfill the order please refund me as it is now December and I ordered in August. They have quit responding in that email chain. They made no attempts to let me know about supply shortages or to even verify any and it is very difficult to even get responses from them. I am just assuming I won't be seeing my shirts or a refund at this point. I have checked the website again and the status still says paid and unfulfilled.
