      I bought a house back in May 2021 and **** ******** was processing my paperwork. The day of closing came by and Ms. ******** forgot to add in the title insurance. I brought it up to her attention while I was on the phone with her and said that she did not want to do my paperwork over because it would prolong the closing date, and to give her a call when I move to that state where I purchased my house and I could come to her office to purchase it. Well, I have contacted her when I moved in and she said she would get the paper together so I can purchase the insurance and that was over 2 months ago and she has not contacted me. I called again in the month of December 2021 on a Thursday and left her a message with the receptionist. I called again on Monday and left another message and Ms. ******** and she will not call me back. It does not matter how many times that I call her she ignores me. I am being denied a right to have title insurance on my home because I am being ignored. This is rude and unprofessional. I just want the title insurance on my home.

      The closing was in May, the buyer told us she did not want title insurance for this property.  At the closing she changed her mind and we told her we would need time to issue a commitment.  She was given the amount of for the owner's policy.  She said when she was back from CA she would stop in and pay the invoice for the policy.  That never happened.  We have a policy ready for her when we receive payment.  The invoice was sent to her today.  Hopefully she will stop in, pay the policy and we will give it to her upon payment.

      I accept the business's response to resolve this complaint. The business response was not true but I did get my title insurance today. **** explained why I did not get a call back, so I accept that she was just busy. **** is a very nice person.
