I found a car I was interested in purchasing and worked with the finance team on a rate and monthly payment I was comfortable with. I asked if I could come in the next day and finalize the paperwork. Keep in mind, other than signing papers, I was under the impression this was final as theyd received all the information they needed and had already ran and approved my credit. When I came in to close the deal the following afternoon, the monthly payment estimate was 20% more than what I was quoted the day before. In fact, it was very close to the original estimate I was given with a higher interest rate. They went back to remove some arbitrary fees they didnt explain and still came back with a monthly payment that was almost 10% more than I was quoted, allegedly at the same interest rate as what I was originally given. Ask questions and watch your back if you are financing. Im not sure if my case was an employee error of giving me the wrong quote or if you often find yourself being asked to sign for more than you agreed to. I walked away and wont be back.Review from Brittney V

We were there and they were busy so I knew we would have to wait some time. But after we are finally in the back to sign paperwork. I noticed before signing the last paper… they had the wrong car. Our car fax and vehicle history reports were for the car we test drove and wanted but the car on their applications was a car that is $5000 cheaper so of course our numbers were not right. It was end of day so we were told they will call us tomorrow with a solution. Here we are and I had to call and text them twice to finally get a call and then she ask me when I can come in to discuss the numbers? I have a full time job and kids in sports. I was there for hours yesterday to complete the process only for it to be THEIR MISTAKE. They hilariously offered to make it right by taking $100 off the car price and fill up the tank. But then obviously lied to me when they said I would get a call because now I HAVE to go in to talk numbers. Well they just lost a repeat customer and I will NEVER send anyone back to them again. Also they mark up their temporary tags and won’t take it off even if you have your own!?Review from christian m

The first day I went I waited two hours to be seen by ***** (sales ?) and pushed off to another sales rep who had been on the job 2 days then it was closing time to be told to come back the next day. My son had been looking for a car and while out saw a car he thought his parents may be interested in and told us about it and is the reason why we were there. My son told them tht he too would be driving the car and I guess that was a problem because when we returned the next day we were questioned beyond 10 times who is purchasing the car which didn't make any sense to us it didn't matter who would be driving the car but to be asked over and over with no end in sight and told that out son had to be on the loan and they assumed he was also purchasing the car and trading in OUR existing car that's in my husband and I name was totally out of line. They refused to sell us the car unless our son's name was on the car, embarrassed us in public with going back and forth about who is purchasing the car, taking time out of DAYS to come back thinking we could finalize the deal, walking away from us numerous times to look like they were actually helping us, and refused to let us talk to ***** the original sales rep who was somewhere in the building and to leaving without a car. I was forced to file this complain through the Better Business Bureau, contact the COO, the Owner and the local TV news stations with a complaint. We didn't feel comfortable and felt our skin color also played a part in why they were treating us like crap. They wouldn't answer any of our questions regarding financing, our trade-in, or what difference did it make who's financing the car and especially driving it because our son came in and thought it was a nice car for us and told them he would also be driving the car why not he's 30 years old hell, if I wanted to let my 7 year old grand daughter drive it what business is it of theirs. My daughter bought her first car there is why we returned.Review from Hannah M

Absolutely horrible place! They ran my credit check 5 times - I arrived by 1pm to look at vehicles. By 2:30 pm I knew what I want - had been quoted a price and everything! They made me wait until almost 9pm when finally they’re finance manager got back with me and told me it all went through but the vehicle price was $100 more a month than first discussed (not including warranty). They wasted out time, fucked my credit up, and I got nothing out of it.Review from Angela J

My car-buying experience was unimpressive from the beginning. However, it was their follow-up customer service that prompted this review. When removing the license plate from our trade in, the tool for removing it broke. Instead of taking care of it right then. Our sales rep promised to remove it himself “deliver it personally” if necessary. The license plate was never returned to us, and in several follow-up phone calls, I was never able to be connected to anyone who had been involved in the process. A “ticket” for escalating management involvement was written, and yet, still no communication. Incredibly poor customer service.Review from Dan L

This dealer tried to pass on additional optional fees/services and products as "mandatory" when completing the paperwork on to the agreed upon price of the vehicle. Examples: $700 for "paint protection" - stated this was not optional. Also wanted to charge for floor mats that had been stated/promised as included in the purchase price on two occasions leading up to the attempted purchase. The potential purchaser was female, and was being bullied throughout the process - the potential buyers walked away due to the treatment they experienced. The general manager reached out and explained the paint protection was optional and then offered addutional money off the price, but there was no explanation for his employees conduct in trying to stack charges when closing thebdeal. It was too little too late... people should not bullied in the purchase process. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone.Review from Gisselle G

They have a zero return policy on all of their cars no matter how bad they are. They all seem to be in some sort of bad shape. So it seems as if all of their cars are broken down and extremely dirty. Absolutely no one should ever use this company ever! With a purchase this big there should absolutely be some kind of return policy. Horrible business and even more horrible people work there.Review from Matthew K

Place is the worst don't believe them if something is wrong and you have to go buy the part yourself if they say they will send the check you will never see it Is terrible service
