This dealership is a scam. They sold me a car $10,000 over the market price for a car with 99k miles, plus they didnt maintenance anything on the car, even kept it overnight for maintenance & detailing and did none of that. Tierod snapped on the car, bushings on the control arms are beyond worn, radio quits working on and off, vents stink bad, throttle body is going out, other than that they failed to disclose that it was in an accident in ******* and claimed it was a clean title. Ive only had this car for a year and only drive it 7 miles back and forth to work, and within that year Ive tried calling them and wouldnt answer came up there and they said call and schedule a appointment. Also they had a do not sell sticker on the windshield, it was my first time at a dealership and I had no idea what I was doing and now I do and trust me when I say you do NOT want to go here for a car of any sorts. Youre better off going to like ******* ***** or ****** Direct or Ricart. Trust me you dont want to be stuck paying 17k for a car not worth 17k. Im hoping I can get out of this loan somehow or they can fix this s*** I hope they get investigated and closed down for good. Theyre worse than byrider and **** Way worse. And I wont take this down unless they fix this bs. Probably wont even take it down if they do.

I was shocked by the unprofessional behavior of this establishment. They thought it was appropriate to publicly announce how much was left on a customers car loan and insult him for not accepting the deal they offered after working with him for three hours. It was extremely rude and completely inappropriate to shame him over his financial situation just because he didnt go through with purchasing a car. Isnt it the job of a car salesman to assist customers and respect their decisions, regardless of the outcome? This company clearly made a mistake by assuming a sale was guaranteed.When I called to speak with the manager, I was even more appalled. He said, Yeah, we sat here with him for three hours, and he didnt want to follow throughits rude. Excuse me? Is that how you think a business should operate? This is beyond unprofessional and unacceptable behavior. Ill be reporting this further, and I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Filed a credit app for a vehicle. They claim a 95% approval rating for individuals in a bankruptcy. The terms of the approval was so unrealistic! They wanted 3,500 down! Who in a bankruptcy had that kind of money laying around . Watch out!!!

Terrible company. They sold me and my wife a car. The entire night the guy kept asking me if I were sure that I wanted that car, because a guy from Indiana was supposed to come the next day and pay cash for it. Apparently it was a limited edition vehicle they only made $2,500 of these cars. I took the car 3 weeks later driving the car everyday and after we had paid the down payment and insurance on the vehicle they called me and asked me if I could come up there and sign a couple more papers, so I said yes went up there, and when we got there they said that our loan didn't get approved and that they would need to take the keys back from that vehicle. I said well how are we even supposed to get home in the very end, after arguing with them about the Loan that I was apparently denied, which was a lie. The same salesman that sold me the car looked me and my eyes and told me that there was a bus stop right out front there I shouldn't have a problem getting home. After almost taking his throat out in my head, I didn't. Thank god. But 3 months later went back up there in December and bought the second car from them. Just like a couple other people I see on here they rushed you through the process, don't explain anything to you, and lie to you the entire time. They should not be allowed to be doing this to people. Especially people like me, that has been working on their credit for the past year and finally got approved for a loan just to have it taken away. Then go back to the same company which was my stupid fault. Just to be screwed again. Stay away from Bobb if at all possible.

Do your homework before you sign any documents. I was approve for a loan but without details of the loan. When I was trying to get insurance I finally found out how much they want me to pay back. $38,,000.00 At $530.00 a month I finally found out how much they want me to pay back. $38,,000.00 At $530.00 a month for 72 month. The car was a 2017 Ford with 81,000 Miles. The car is only worth about $8,000 to $ 10,000. I'm glad that I said no

I purchased a Chevy sonic on April 17, 2023. I was given a warranty that "covers all mechanical". Less than a month later, on May 11th, the ac started just blowing hot air so I took it to bobb, they went through trying to get the warranty company to cover it, they denied the claim, so they rigged it so it would be stuck on cold instead of hot. I was unhappy but at least the ac worked. On may 17th, my transmission went out. It got towed to bobbs the next day, and has been there for over 2 months now. In that time, I've went back and forth with them and the warranty company trying to get the car fixed. On may 20, I was given a "loaner car" that had 150k miles on it and I had to sign it out as a test drive. Well, I've been on a 2 month test drive, still no time frame on my car repair, I was told the warranty company wouldn't cover it, then eventually settled for splitting the cost with the dealership. I was informed of this on June 30th. Mind you, no information was ever offered, I constantly had to hound people for any updates. I reached out yesterday, july 18th and was told I would be given a time frame the following day. It is now 9pm on July 19th and I still have no information. I'm fairly certain I am entitled to a lot more than I'm getting here and am sick of getting the run around. The loaner car is terrible on gas and worst yet, my fiance can't even work because she can't legally drive it. I am being emotionally, mentally, and financially impacted from this and don't know what to do anymore

I bought a car from them in December I have been having trouble ever since! They said they fixed it because it was overheating a week after I got it. Now it smells like gas and the car has an alert saying high temp all the time! I wasted my money and I still have to make car payments or they gone turn my car off!!!! I am so depressed and miserable I’m mad at myself for my credit but they got over on me and I called them and they never called me back because they don’t care.

Went thru NABS for a vehicle in the middle of my bankruptcy. This car had one owner and only ****** miles got a limited warranty. Had the car 5 months the car has ****** miles and the transmission needs replaced. Thats *******. Who has ******* in their bank account after filing bankruptcy?? No one ever. They didnt want to work with me and the guy said why are you blaming me, you shouldve gotten an extended warranty. So much for helping someone out after filing bankruptcy.
