I do not recommend this company. Do not use for digitizing old photos, especially. They also do not do the digitizing in Columbus, FYI, they drive them up to their Cleveland store. I spent almost $2000 with them having hundreds of old family photos converted to digital images. When they were finally done, I picked up my boxes, and I was told that they found some old negatives inside one of the boxes that looked to be from the 1940's to the 1960's. They asked if I wanted to have them done as well. I said yes. That was almost a year ago. They lost the negatives, and they refuse to call me back about them. They are simply ignoring me at this point. I am honestly considering filing a small claims court case against them, as it seems that's the only way I will get any sort of resolution from them.Business response

Provided provided family films and photos to this firm to make copies to provide to my family and he stated he was done wanted to be paid I presented him with a credit card number stated he would send my film and photos and product I paid for back to me he did not after several weeks I contacted him send emails he said it was somebody else's fault I never received it he said he had forgot I still haven't received it he said he was going to send a tracking number I still have not received it he has refused to return phone calls as refused to return email . he is a fraud F-R-A-U-D. I want my films back my photos back in the product I paid for backBusiness response

Mr. **********'s project was mailed back to him 2-priority shipping on or about November 24. His was informed of thaat the same evening after he posted a complaint on Facebook. A copy of the tracking information was provided to him Thangsgiving morning. His proect fromdate of recipt to date of deliver took one month and one day. The delay in shipping was due to a number of issues, but fundamentally related to illness and lack of staff. I've apologized to the customer on more than one occasion. I consider the matter resolved.
