I placed Mobil app order at KFC in Coshocton OH and paid with my debit card. When I went inside to pick it up it wasn’t there. A rude lady came to the counter and told me door-dash took my order I need to get ahold of them. I tried to explain to her that I ordered through their KFC app and paid KFC but she was rude and told me not her problem and she was calling the police if I didn’t leave. I said I’ll want outside. The officer Tried to convince the lady to give me my order but she refused. She would not give her name or the managers name and said she doesn’t know who owns the place.Business response

Hello guys....hopefully you have already cleared up the above complaint. If not , yes there was a doordash snafu that occurred. The order was stolen from the Kfc counter and intersting enough our lobby is closed except for Door dash and that was the only order in a 90 minute period. However,prior to this complaint the customer received a FULL refund from Kfcc for the order. Also, after they received that refund, the CUSTOMER requested that their credit card stop payment on the order so they received another 27 dollar refund for that order. We believe it has been solved....thank you ...***** Kfc
