False advertising. Ordered 2 hour couples massage for 160. Clicked couples massage link and book now. Neither web page or receipt stated it was 2 individual massages. When arrived, I was told.the website stated the cpuples massage was 2 individual 1 hour massgaes. They actually expected each person to wait 1 hour while the other was massaged. I was so surprised and she refused to refund the 55 deposit. I paid for a service I did not receive and it was dushonest and not at all.clear what I actually putchased. I went in petson and left because of the false product purchase. Attaching screen shot of couples massage page and receipt. No mention on either of 2 single massages.

Hello. When I created my website through Wix I made sure to put descriptions of each service on my website. Under the service description of the coupes massage I do state that I am the only therapist working right now. I will admit that I have not checked my website in a very long time. So later when I got home I was surprised to see that on some devices it shows the descriptions, but on some devices it does not. I was actually going to reach out to her later today when I was done with work to apologize and let her know that the problem has been fixed so that this doesn't happen again and that I will be refunding her back her deposit.Customer response
