      Description: The const. took **** **** ******* ** ****** *o have a new frame after an accident. It is going to cost $15,000.00. They supplier has the checks from the insurance company, but the constituent will not sign the checks until the work is done right. It has been in the shop for 3 months. They keep ordering the wrong parts, the one panel has a different key than the orig. and now they have to use two keys instead of one. They put a dump bed switch which was not needed. The new panel they put on was dented and now they must order a new one. No email and no attorney

      I do apologize for this inconvenience.  Unfortunately, we are unable to get information from the insurance company to go ahead and order the parts.  The insurance company originally was going to total this machine, that was most of the hold up.  It took over a month before they told us to order the parts.  Valley ATV did order the correct part, however, it was packaged wrong the first time from Polaris and then they sent the wrong part the 2nd time, and we finally got the correct part the 3rd time. Valley ATV ended up giving them the bed lift that they put on. This part was put on because of the change in the bed frame.  We did that at no cost to the customer, at a $999.99 value.  Each door from Polaris is "keyed" differently.  When we had to order a "replacement" door, that came with a different key.  The insurance company would only allow us to order one side of the door set, as the other side was not damaged.  The panel was dented in shipment and we did go ahead and order a new one for them.  They were in a hurry to get their unit back so we installed the dented panel on until the new one came in. This has been an ordeal from the beginning.  We did our best to get this out to them as soon as everything was in stock to us.
