      I took a hardship withdrawal from my 401K plan and had them ship it overnight. The package was shipped on May 21st, 2024 and I was to receive it on May 22nd, 2024. I never received the package on the 22. I called the customer service number which is near impossible to speak to anyone. I have already read on the website that drivers stop delivering at 7pm and it was 8pm when an associate finally returned my call and told me it would be at my house by 9PM (I knew that was wrong). The app told me the package was due the next day, May 23rd and I still did not receive it. I went to the UPS store and I was told they could not find it. You can only imagine how upset I am seeing has it was a check I withdrew for a HARDSHIP. I still have not heard anything on if they have found it and to have it replace will take longer. NOT HAPPY, I WANT MY PACKAGE.

      I shipped a package thru the Brandt Pike /Dayton Hub on 10/31/2023. The package was accepted at the counter, marked fragile multiple times, and I purchased insurance for $3.90. The package arrived at destination, in apparently decent shape, but the product inside was damaged. UPS is blaming everything but their failure to protect the package in transit, and it appears it was dropped at some point. Package is in good shape, contents are worth $120.00 and dmaged. Asked for insurance to pay for the damage, and after they charged me $3.90 for coverage, stated taht the money was jsut because of the declared value of $200. They have been giving me the run around for the last couple of days, when I just want the cost of shipping and the damaged product cost refunded to me. Shipping was $33.55 and the product was valued at $120.00. They have spent more than that trying not to reimburse me. and how many people a day pay the $3.90 for insurance, which I specifically asked for insurance coverage in case of breakage. Shipped the same package again the next day, without any issue as pieces were need at recipient.

As a representative from our Corporate Office, I have personally been in contact with our customer, and we have reached an amicable resolution. The customer has been reimbursed. They have also been provided with my direct contact information and invited to contact me directly should the need arise.
