Anesthesiology Service Network (ASN) continue to bill me personally for Veterans Affairs (VA) covered services. This is a military service connected injury that is covered by my VA Disability rating. I am not to be billed. ASN, after I've contacted them with the necessary billing information and point of contact for the Dayton VAMC, continues to bill me and not the VA. I am worried that they will turn this over to collections. I have sent all ASN bills to the VAMC Dayton Community Care and sent all ASN bills to them. ASN needs to stop billing me and contact the VA. The VA provided this information about billing: Optum # VA **********.Customer response

Your link does not allow me to update the complaint. The situation is worse as they have sent the bill to collections, and have not reached out to the Veterans Administration.They are now calling me after hours.What can you do for me?
