This issue I have isn't necessarily with this specific location but the company in general. I have just recently noticed that the company has been charging me for almost 14 months for an extra car wash membership in the amount of 29.99 these payments were coming out of my account on the 9th and 19th. I have addressed this issue with the company and explained that this charge is not valid and I have not been able to get a response from them for over 2 weeks now. Even after saying that the account that was invalid was stopped. I was still charged again this month for 29.99 incorrectly. Now they state they are unable to find the account in question after I have spoken with 4 different people that saw the account issue and were unable to tell me how it happened so now it seems like record of this being charged on the businesses end has disappeared. I have 14 months of bank statements showing these charges. Two are valid accounts and one is not. I have left multiple messages and emails with corporate and have been promised phone calls back which never happen. Can you please help me resolve this matter. The charges total over $419 since January of 2022.Plus this newest charge of 29.99 after the account was supposedly canceled.Initial Complaint

On 2-21-22, I was having my car washed at Whitewater Express Car Wash on Yankee St. and the car wash malfunctioned at stopped working while my car was in the wash. The system was down for a few minutes before it restarted and when my car came out of the wash, I noticed a scratch/gouge in my passenger side door. I immediately notified the manager and they processed a claim which was acknowledged by the home office. Multiple follow ups to this location and calls to the home office have not produced any reply from the business. The claim process I completed on the day of the incident involved them taking pictures of the damage. I am attaching the email from the company acknowledging the claim.Customer response
