      I had a dermatology appointment on 2/23/22 and in June I received a bill for $305.78. I have health insurance and my insurance declined payment to Dermatalogy of South West of Ohio because according to my insurance the nurse practitioner had not received credentialing thru Medical Mutual clients until March of 2022. My insurance is a provider with this business but they failed to make sure their new employee was credentialed before seeing Medical Mutual patients. I have received 3 bills and have made about 6-8 phone calls trying to get this resolved and left messages for management to call me but they just ignore my calls or say that things are being reviewed. It does not take 3 months to figure out if their employee was credentialed. I would like this matter resolved so I don't keep getting bills. They know they are in the wrong and will not own up to their mistake. Their billing department should show more professionalism to their customers. Please help me to resolve this matter.

      Scheduled a specific appointment for a cosmetic consultation for laser removal of sebaceous hyperplasia. When I arrived, I was informed that the doctor does not perform that procedure nor does that office perform any laser surgery at all. They billed $125 to my insurance company (of which I'm responsible for $86) for services not rendered. They claim I was examined by the doctor. No examination occurred. Why would a doctor examine me for a procedure he doesn't perform? That doesn't even make sense.
