Last november 19th 2021 I ordered a Mathews v3x complete setup from fas outdoors. I paid $2647.67 up front for the order. I was told it would. Be ready by January. I never received calls from them and couldn't get ahold of them by phone. I finally found them on Facebook messenger and they said they could not longer order the bow. They said they would refund me but I never received it. I went through 2 disputes on my bank card that were declined and now I can't contact them (Kyle Savoie) anymore since they blocked me.Customer response

Complaint number ********Hello,I previously asked for this complaint to be closed when the business owner agreed to work with me to pay back my money. $2647.67.I originally paid for the archery equipment to be ordered Nov 21 2021. Over a year ago. Those goods were never made available to me and I have been getting the run around from the owner for my refund.I'd like to reopen my complaint.Initial Complaint

On 12/8/2021 my daughter and I purchased her Christmas present from FAS outdoors. They were supposed to order us a Matthews Radik bow, site, case, and custom purple strings. They charged me a total of $568.66 and promised delivery within 10 days, but definitely before Christmas. We stopped in once between 12/18 and 12/22 for an order update and was told it was delayed and we would receive a call. I called on 12/23 and was told they were still receiving orders and it could arrive as late as 12/24. We stopped in sometime between 1/3-1/7 and again were told it wasn't in and they would call. When I tried calling weekly after that, I couldn't get through to any numbers listed. I reached out to Matthews, the manufacturer to see if I could get an update on the delays and learned that FAS wasn't even an authorized retailer of theirs anymore and there was nothing I could do. I reached out to the business via Facebook and learned that they were relocating and still couldn't get an update on my order. I informed them I wanted a refund and then they stopped responding and refuse to give me my money back and can't provide the product ordered.
