Attached is a copy of my letter to Acute Hearing. I have had poor service from them for years and for lots of money and I want a refund of the unused portion (seemingly to 9/13/24 warranty) of my latest hearing aid.Business response

Contact Phone: XXX-XXX-XXXX Contact Email: *********@acutehearing.net Chart note on 2/2/22 indicates that both the Clinician and our Field Trainer verified the fit of the aids was good when properly inserted. Patient has Loss/Damage for instances where and aid is lost (for any reason) and we would be happy to get the patient a replacement ordered. Is subject to deductible as patient indicated. I have reached out to the Clinician to call patient to get the replacement process started. Consumer Response /* (2000, 15, 2022/03/08) */ 5:26pm Tuesday Just had a call from **** at Acute Hearinghe asked if I had lost a hearing aid, which one was it (left) and he reiterated the info that I could pay $500 and have a new left one in a couple of weeks. I agreed to this arrangement and he'll call me tomorrow to get payment scheduled
