Contacted voss call center may 30, 2023. Advised my car, 2020 hyandai accent needed to be looked at. That it feels like there is a transmission issue. Call center advised they could not get me in until sept 7. I advised that was entirely too long to wait and the other dealerships in the surrounding area also have a wait. Advised my car is under warrenty but the problem was I felt like I am not able to use the warrenty because hyandai makes the customer wait so long that you are forced to get the repairs done at an automobile repair mechanic other then hyandai forcing me to have to pay for covered warrenty repairs. This is with all hyandai dealerships.Business response

Yes Hyundai dealerships are extemely bogged down with service recalls and having a hard time keeping up. However, we are doing the best we can with the resources we have and the available support from Hyundai.
