              I contracted with Harris Paving and Seal to add a 2 inch cap on my parking lot and install two Parking stops. The problem is if you are pulling up to Parking Stop *nd hit either with your car tire, the stops will move! **** *. Harris has been contacted twice to resolve this issue, yet the problem continues.
