I took my 4 year old Sheltie for a bath & grooming. I’ve used this business since the early 90’s & never had a problem. I took Corey at 9:00 am. No one contacted me to tell me his groomer had gone home sick. He was there from 9:00 am until almost 5:00 pm without any water or being let out to go to the bathroom. I feel I shouldn’t have paid anything for their services. My dog is not use to being in a kennel. The man I spoke to was rude & made me pay or I couldn’t get my dog back.Business response

Dog was 95% complete, there was only 1 paw left to be trimmed . Customer stated she would only pay $35, normal price is 60. We agreed to that. Customer was rude to our receptionist, a groomer, and to me personally. Customer called 8-11 and spoke to her normal groomer and threatened to charge back her credit card. Customer has in fact charged back her credit card, we received notice today 8-17-23. Obviously, there will be no refund, and customer will need to find a new groomer.*** ******Animal Castle
