A scam artist. They are not BBB accredited yet their website boasts an A+ rating from BBB. I wanted a gas water heater installed and they would only quote installing their own water heater, plus they would install a water softener and replace the faucet on our kitchen sink. All for only $14,000. Of course, their quote did not itemize any of the costs. I used ** **** ******** (BBB accredited) and they installed my water heater for $370.

They took advantage of a situation and quoted a job 2/3 higher than other companies. Came out and did crappy work and left a massive leak in my basement they blamed on previous companies. Sutton plumbing g (I highly recommend them) came out and pointed out several sub standard elements of Spartan plumbings work, and said they most definitely cause the leak. DO NOT USE SPARTAN PLUMBING.

According to our pre and post project photos, videos and 2 technician testimonials this was pre-existing. If there were any dissatisfaction with the workmanship, we would have certainly taken the opportunity to make it right. Concerning the pricing of our services, we want to assure you that our quotes are based on a thorough assessment of the work required, always aiming to be competitive while ensuring quality and durability. We understand that our cost structure may not always be the lowest, as it reflects the caliber of materials we use and the expertise of our certified technicians. The issue of the leak is a significant concern, and while our team reported that it was pre-existing, we take the comments from Sutton Plumbing seriously. My well went out in the back yard. I called Spartan as they said they specialize in wells. They told me they could not find the well registered with the county so they would have to dig up the backyard to see what was in the ground. They stated that they couldn't use the existing equipment but would have to set up a new system and quoted me and entry level of $12,000 and that would go up from there based on additional things I wanted. They charged me $400 to pull the pump out (which took 5 minutes) and then said there was nothing they could do. I called Massie Creek Plumbing and they replaced the pump, put in a new switch and got my well working within a couple of hours. Spartan Plumbing is either an inexperienced or dishonest company and I would suggest going towards ****** ***** of you ever need an honest plumber.
