Lisann was quite helpful. Personable, listened to our needs and considered our taste of colors etc My only disappointment is not being able to have all pieces delivered before the date I needed it. Though she tried to facilitate expediting delivery. Definitely would seek her expertise again.Review from Annette S

Tim was a great sales person. But one thing don’t tell your customers your the first to get your pool installed and your not. The service department lady is very rude. And we had Chad as our installation guy. He would call tell you what to get then ghost you for a couple weeks. I was about to call Watson up and tell them to take there pool back . Then finally Chad came and installed it after calling a bunch of times. Very poor customer service! And we came back to Watson because we purchased a hot tub 5 years ago.Review from Dan D

We got 5 years out of out hot tub cover (bought with the hot tub from Watson's), but it finally became waterlogged and needed replacing. While the web site didn't list any replacements, doing the old-fashioned way (in "old man voice"; like we did in when I was young...and we LIKED IT that way!) going into the store, the counter staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. They called up our account to make sure I wasn't mis-remembering which model hot tub we'd bought (good call, I can't always be relied to remember details of something I bought 5 years ago), they placed my order, and let me know of the ongoing supply chain issues beyond their control that might delay the order. COVID and Bidenomics are still drags on the economy, apparently. Couldn't be happier with the staff at Watson's though.Review from Tom G

Bob Cromer, at Watsons helped us find the perfect fireplace door for our home. He was most helpful and we would deal with Bob again when we have needs for Watson's products.
