Well to start off I used to use them for all the materials for Windows doors and everything else I needed. So I figured I'd give them a call to have them come out to take a look at my roof. The very first day I postponed a job so they can come and do a quote so what ended up happening is they was going to be late over an hour to give me a quote. I was not going to make my customer wait on me just because they was late. They finally showed up on time the next day and when doing so the sales rep was not that educated on the system of how it works. did not know very much about roofing. Had to keep calling his boss to get all the answers. They don't even bring out a ladder to do a quote they rely completely on a satellite images which is hardly ever accurate. sat there and waited for over an hour and a half for it to load up which it never did. Started running late for work once again so the guy says they're going to have to set up even another appointment just to come out to try again but, this time he says he'll bring his boss so he can answer all my questions. Moral of the story never got my quote tried to call up there because nobody ever reached back out to me. So I reach back out and Mr Noah I'm guessing the supervisor. He asked me a few questions. I asked if I can get the legitimate quote because, I told him his guy gave me a rough estimate of like $30,000 for this roof when I was getting estimates of 10 to 15 from other highly recommended/big companies. it's no monster of a roof it's only about 20 some square on the upper. I told him I know there's no way it could be that much and so Mr Noah proceeds to tell me how great of a company they have that I probably don't have enough money to afford their company just the way the guy was talking like he was trying to be little me. judging me just because I'm living in a fixer upper taken care of my 60-year-old mother so yes not a lot of money there but I have enough for what I need. This is a very judgmental company.

Hey Paul!

First off, I want to clarify and make sure you understand that we do not sell windows, doors, or any other building products for that matter.  We did indeed have to reschedule our initial appointment, as we had a previous appointment that was taking longer than expected.  We would have been more than happy to extend the same courtesy to you, however you had to leave in the middle of the appointment, which resulted in us not giving you a quote.

Our Project Consultant was asked some very unique questions, one of which was asking us to leave the materials on the ground, so that you could save costs. After asking this question, Aaron called me to ask if that is something we could do, which I let him know that we do not. 

I'm not sure where you got the impression that we did not have a ladder, because we absolutely did.  Because this is not your property, we are unable to to get up onto the roof for liability purposes.  

Further more, we NEVER give a quote without getting our measurements, for this exact reason. When a homeowner continues to push and push and push to get a number, when we don't have the accurate info, our process is to let you know it could be upwards of $30,000, as that is the average cost of a roof replacement in Dayton, per the Remodeling Magazine's Cost vs Value Report. 

You had to leave for work after an hour of us being there, and we would have been more than happy to come back out to go over your estimate at a later date.  However, when we called you to make sure your expectations were properly met, you declined, stating that we were "Arrogant" for setting your expectations correctly, and letting you know that we were not able to do things the way you wanted it to be done.  We let you know that we were not going to try to be the cheapest quote just to win your business, and you decided to take that as us being "judgmental" and "arrogant", when it was simply us being 100% honest about the situation.

We at no point EVER said that you could not afford us, and I am in shock that you would choose to slander us in this manner.  We even mentioned that we offer financing to help with getting the project done the right way. 

I'm sorry you felt offended, as our goal is and always will be to provide the best customer experience in the industry.  We wish you the best of luck with your search to find the right contractor that aligns with your budget needs.

Recently the wind blew some of my siding looseon my house so I called All-Side. I thought I was going to have to get my whole house done, but they sent a crew out and in a few minutes they had my siding repaired and it looks great. Scott was knowledgeable and very kind. He definitely went above and beyond to get my house repaired . I will be forever grateful to him and the company at All-Side. I would recommend All-Side to anyone that needs siding or roofing done on their homes. They are fast, efficient and priced fair, and Scott was a pleasure to deal with. I will definitely call them with any problems I have with my house! Plus his advice got my mower running again!!
