On August 25, 2023, I ordered four packages of tennis racquet grips from Mathset. Three of the packages were delivered September 13. When I inquired when the fourth package would arrive, **** ****** texted "mailed separate. It should show up any day." Eight texts later with continued promises the fourth package would arrive, it never was delivered.Customer response

Mathset sent me the remainder of my order. It arrived yesterday. I am surprised to receive the order, it must be the result of the BBB complaint. Thank you for your help!
