I went to Wendy's yesterday. The drive thru line was wrapped around the bldg and into the street. I waited 20 minutes to get to the speaker. From the speaker to the take out window was another 20 minutes. When I got my food, the french fries were burnt and the food was cold. I paid $18 for it. The associates were not wearing uniforms, nor were they wearing gloves, hair nets or beard nets. The associate at the window was not clean, his hair was dirty and he was nasty. I attempted to call Wendy's corporate office but was unable to speak to anyone even after being on hold for 20 minutes. I would like to be reimbursed for the cost of the meal.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 6, 2021/12/21) */ BBB called the business on 12/21/2021 at 11:20 am. ******** (manager) at Wendy's stated they will issue the consumer a refund. Due to covid restrictions, she needs to contact the restaurant at ************ to figure out how to get the refund back to the consumer. The business is unable to credit back the consumer's debit/credit card if she paid by card.
