      I am a Brazilian resident and I purchased two products on this company's website in Nov 2022 that were poorly packaged (two separate boxes, only one identified, glued with tape). When the goods arrived at Brazilian customs, in Dec 2022, they were denied entry claiming poor packaging. The products have the status "In returning process" on the date of Jan 2023 and there is nothing I can do, but the company is refusing to return my money until the goods are returned. You see, I have no responsibility and I understand that the company has to resolve this with Brazilian customs. I demand my money back.

      The rejected shipment actually just arrived and we refunded this customer this morning. The customer is already asking us about placing a new order so seems to be satisfied with this resolution.

      This company shipped in what appear to be "drop ship" business type of activity 2 orders I placed as shown below: Date/Time: 10/14/2022 02:26 PM EDT Order #HELD Total: $55.86 Date/Time: 10/11/2022 11:55 PM EDT Order #HELD Total: $54.14 These were shipped according to this company standard. They indeed arrived but have been stuck at customer sincd Nov 10th!! I have made several attempts to request that they make themselves responsible for ensuring this shippment is delivered. So far all I have received are canned replies and nothing but ignoring my emails. I am not ok to lose my money. They received payment they must ensure either I get my parcels or a refund or at least face me and work this out! I need to place this complaint for potential buyers be aware!

      The shipping method chosen by the customer, Economy Mail, is picked up by FedEx and handed off to their country postal system. In most countries, once their postal service receives the packages they should be able to offer tracking updates, however not all countries consistently provide tracking. Since FedEx purchases their postage from Sweden, sometimes there is additional tracking available on the Swedish Post website.

      The latest FedEx updates show that the shipments were handed off to the destination country on November 10.

      This type of shipping can often be delayed by many weeks, or even months. We are very clear about the lack of any guaranteed delivery times and risks with this shipping method in our international shipping policy:

      While we are unsure how Columbia handles their postal deliveries, we recommend the customer check with Columbia customs to make sure the shipments aren't being held there for customs duty payment.

      And putting in the tracking numbers it reports that the shipments are "on route". I would recommend the customer contact this service for additional updates. 

      Otherwise, there is nothing that tells us that these shipments are lost, and we cannot offer a refund for shipments that are still enroute to the customer. If, for some reason, the shipments are returned to us we will be able to offer a refund. 

      As stated in our international shipping policy, we strongly recommend FedEx if the shipment is going to be time sensitive.

      Since we shipped the items via the method requested by the customer and the shipments are still enroute, the customer is not owed any refund at this time.

      This has been their response since day one! I do not have any way to contact any post office as there is none that's been chosen to deliver this. I will continue to demand a refund as the shipping method is totally irrelevant now. Or are these people saying that this somehow matters now? NO!

      At this point only action on their end that refunds my money will be accepted. This business will continue to suffer from my campaign in social media given their indifference to my request. Nothing that was responded by these folks is NEWS to me. I have all email trail on this same talk. This is just a copy/paste on their response. 

      My rating will remain and if removed, this will go right back! Absolutely not accepting these shady responses and not owning to their end of the deal.
