      They suck at trash pick-up never on the day scheduled to pick-up very poor run company. gave them a 1 star rating for this company you need a ZERO.

      The only reason I’m leaving one star is because leaving zero is not an option. This company is ridiculous. My trash was not picked up on the scheduled day. Why? When I called I was informed that the driver couldn’t get our trash because there were bees flying around it. Ok fine. I checked for bees: NO BEES. I asked if the trash could be picked up asap. The woman informed me that my trash will be picked up today. Next day the trash is still sitting on the sidewalk. I call again. This time I am told someone will call me back with an update and my trash will be picked up as soon as possible. This has been happening every single day for 6 days. Why hasn’t my trash been picked up? It looks horrible on my sidewalk and my neighbors are furious, as am I!! Not once have I received a call back with an update. I’ve called once a day. My husband has also been calling. Trash night is tomorrow night. This trash has been sitting out there for almost a week!?? Every day I add a bag. Get it together Kimble

      Recently bought a house and the previous owners had service through Kimble. They still have all 3 of their cans sitting outside on my front porch, and told us 6 different times they would be coming for pickup. It’s now been 11 weeks since they cancelled service, which we were originally told it takes 4-6 weeks for pickup. So unprofessional. Every time we call they tell us to take them back ourselves. No, not unless you’re giving us gas money. It’s not our responsibility.

      Absolutely worst trash service we have ever had! They are constantly spilling trash into our yard and not picking it up. Pretty much every week we have to go out and clean up the yard after they come. They dropped a couch we threw away in our yard causing damage to our lawn, which they then left in our yard, only coming back for it after my husband called and demanded they come and get the couch. This was a large scheduled pick up, by the way, so they should have been prepared to pick up the couch. Just this week they didn't even bother picking up some of our trash. Over priced for the horrible service they provide. I wish ********* would go back to ********.

      We have paid Kimble for trash pickup at the end of July, with service active since August 3. They still haven't showed up for 2 straight weeks, and have on multiple occasions lied and said they would show that day we called to find out why the paid-for service wasn't provided. Strangely, we haven't been credited the half a month of service back. Taking someone's money, and withholding the agreed upon services seems to be a dishonest business practice.

      Thank you for the information, Ms. ******. We apologize for the inconvenience of a missed stop on July 9th. We are showing your actual start date with Kimble was Aug 9th. We do agree there was a service issue for the first week. We did dispatch a driver to the service location on Aug 13th and it was confirmed service at 6:50p. We have taken the necessary stops to remind the driver this week of the new service location on the route. We appreciate your patience and understanding in getting the issue resolved.       Prior to Kimbles buying the trash company that went out of business due to death of the owner, I made payments 1x a year for my convenience as a working parent. I knew at the beginning of year it would be one bill I wouldn’t have to worry about til the next year. Kimble’s has raised their prices twice in the short time couple years we’ve had them. They charge $1 per month late fee, charge for paint cans in trash. Yet showed up late to pick up trash several times in 2023. Now because my first quarter payment of 2024 bill is due and it has the $20.90 from their increase that I still haven’t gotten to yet, I am all of a sudden on a “credit hold” and have to make a payment before anything is picked up. I literally pay in advance for a full year at the beginning of every year and they are petty enough to stop services while I’m not even past due on a my normal routine, just their greedy increase. I don’t like giving my money to Kimbles. It’s been nothing but issues.. I wish someone else would start residential trash services in this county.

      Worst trash company in the area bar NONE, none of my neighbors (who were all smart enough to dump Kimble) have these issues, so their constant excuse "It's the nationwide driver shortage" is just another of their frequent lies. They are virtually always 1 or 2 days late, I have trash cans sitting at my curb half the week because you never know when they will decide to actually do the job you pay them for. The worst is their so called "recycling service", it's supposed to be every two weeks but they only pick it up when they feel like it, usually they just drive by and lie that the can wasn't out, when you call customer service you get nothing but rude excuses. How this horror of a company is still in business is beyond me?

      Kimble, you once again astonish with your utter lack of customer service; a customer places a well-deserved negative review on BBB and your response is to close their account out of spite? I can only assume (from the slew of negative reviews here) that the check of mine they cashed last week won't be reimbursed; even though I'm quite upset with Kimble stealing my money, it will be a relief not having to deal with them anymore.

      Customer Service is a joke, nice people but no follow through. When a pick up is missed, you are continually told that they will be out the next day but they never show. Unfortunately the City limits our options. Calling them next to log a complaint.
