I closed on my house and had over $600 in my escrow account. We provided the bank with a new address. The bank sent the refund check to the old address of the house I sold. When I asked for a new check because that is no longer my address they said they cannot for 120 days. The check has not arrived at the old address or been forwarded to my new address. I have reached out numerous times for an update since it’s been over 120 days since closing on my house and I cannot get a response. This bank made a bad business mistake and they are not willing to make it right or provide an update.
